I just LOVED this book,what a fantastic read!

The main character is Ophelia Dacre and she's a Princess in love with the a boy her father will not approve of. Ophelis (aka) 'Leila',is killed in a dark alley,on her way to the latrine,her body discovered by her boyfriend Larkin.

I really liked Leila,she is strong,smart,beautiful and loving,and although she is a princess or rather former princess she is not stuck-up or snooty,but just a down to earth kinda girl. I felt bad for Leila because of the way she was so suddenly killed and having to re-adjust to her new life as a Reaper and Leila will do anything she can to try to save people.

I also enjoyed the other characters in the book and how you get know about there past as well. I also enjoyed how the story is not just from Leila point of view but from others as well. Dead girl walking has everything I like in a book, Romance,action,suspense and mystery.

All in all I gave Dead Girl Walking a 5 out of 5 because it was nothing short than awesome.
