I enjoyed reading Dreaming of the Sea,the plot was great and I just have to say that I completely LOVE the cover of the book.

I liked this story, the first few pages hooked and reeled me in and I couldn't put the book down. I wanted to hate Sea Witch but I just couldn't bring myself to do it because of the circumstances of how she became the witch. Then there is the mer prince, who I also felt sorry for but it's not like his life is awful. and lastley there is poor Miriam who loses what she has always wanted because she didn't know what she was getting herself into, even after being warned.

I love how the author goes into great detail all throughout the book, painting a fantastic scene. I liked how the book ended and I hope to read more by this author. all in all i gave 'Dreaming of the Sea' a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
